I'm Kim Gensler, and just like you, I was on a quest for answers to my health issues and a deeper meaning in life.

For years, I battled with gut issues, excess weight, and psoriasis, feeling like it was my fate. Then, I stumbled upon holistic health & functional medicine, and it completely flipped my world upside down – in the best way possible!

Not only did I heal my body, but I also broke free from the limitations I had placed on myself (that I wasn't even aware of!) and pursued my dream of becoming a safari guide in South Africa for 14 incredible years.

Now, I'm on a new adventure as a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, helping folks like you break free from old patterns, cultivate sustainable healthy habits, and rediscover your true selves.
