Hi, I’m Kim Gensler

Your down-to-earth, unapologetically authentic wellness guide.

As a board-certified functional medicine health coach, I've helped many people bridge the gap between knowing what they should do for their health and actually living in a way that feels joyful, balanced, and, most importantly, real.

Why the focus on authenticity?

Because I’ve seen firsthand how living out of alignment with your true self can wreak havoc on your health—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
